ULTRA LIGHTWEIGHT, SINGLE-PLY TITANIUM FLEX BELLOW
The Ace Race Parts brand of CP2 Titanium Flex Bellows is designed to accommodate thermal expansion in high-performance automotive applications, such as exhaust systems. This particular 3.000″ ID Titanium Flex Bellow features a slip-fit design, enabling the matching Titanium Tube size material to slip into the bellow before welding.
Our Titanium Flex Bellows have a single-ply design and are crafted from 0.047″ (1.2mm) thick material. Despite their ability to withstand considerable heat, these bellows are not intended for applications that experience any axial or angular movement — this type of rigid Flex Bellow only permits compression and elongation.
