The Aeromotive Fuel System – Eliminator/LS3 Rails/Wire Kit/Fittings is engineered to provide reliable and efficient fuel delivery for high-powered LS3-style Corvette engines. It supports racing and performance builds producing up to 1,400 flywheel horsepower with forced induction or 1,900 horsepower naturally aspirated. This comprehensive system upgrades critical fuel delivery components to meet aggressive engine demands.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring a stealthy in-tank fuel pump designed to fit seamlessly inside the OEM Corvette fuel tank, the system maintains factory integration with the fuel-level sending unit and jet-siphon transfer pump. Components include billet-machined high-flow fuel rails, a billet EFI pressure regulator, and CNC-machined Y-blocks, all finished to aerospace standards for durability and performance. The included 40-micron high-flow fuel filter ensures optimal fuel cleanliness during racing conditions.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and involves integration with existing OEM fuel tank components and wiring systems. No drilling or permanent modifications are necessary. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper fitment and performance.
Warranty. This product includes a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Application. Specifically designed for 2003-2013 Corvette C5 and C6 models equipped with LS3-style engines and equivalent intakes. Intended for racing and limited street use, it is not legal for emission-controlled vehicles unless installed as a direct OEM replacement.
