Complete Fuel System Upgrade. The Aeromotive Fuel System – Eliminator/LS1 Rails/PSC/Fittings offers a comprehensive fuel delivery solution for Corvettes with LS1 style engines. It upgrades the fuel pump, rails, regulator, and fittings to ensure reliable and consistent fuel supply for high-performance EFI applications. This system maintains fuel pressure and flow during both street and strip use, supporting engine outputs up to 1,400 horsepower with forced induction and up to 1,900 horsepower naturally aspirated.
Construction and Appearance. The system features a stealth in-tank fuel pump engineered to fit seamlessly within the stock Corvette fuel tank, preserving factory appearance and functionality. It includes billet high-flow fuel rails, a billet EFI pressure regulator, and a CNC-machined one-piece Y-block. All hard parts are precision CNC manufactured and finished with durable anodized coatings for strength and corrosion resistance.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and familiarity with fuel systems. The pump and components are designed for direct replacement of OEM parts, minimizing or eliminating the need for custom modifications or drilling.
Warranty. This product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Application. Fits 2003-2013 Corvette C5 and C6 models with LS1 style engines, specifically engineered for factory fuel tanks and OEM fuel-level sending units. This system is not legal for use on emission-controlled vehicles except as a direct OEM replacement.
