Designed for applications ranging from street performance to road racing, these sway bars provide enhanced stability and responsiveness for better cornering and control.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from durable DOM steel tubing—29mm for the front and 32mm for the rear—the bars are cold-formed to resist torsional fatigue. They feature greaseable 88-durometer polyurethane bushings and include thrust washers to maintain proper positioning. The finish is a long-lasting red powder coat that resists wear and corrosion while adding a sleek appearance.
Installation. Installation typically requires 3 to 4 hours, employing a bolt-on process without the need for drilling. This allows for straightforward mounting and adjustment of the sway bars to tailor handling characteristics.
Application. Suitable specifically for the 2012 Camaro SS equipped with FE3 front and FE4 rear suspensions. This kit is not compatible with 2012 ZL1 models, convertibles, or V6-equipped Camaros due to design constraints of the sway bar and suspension configuration.
