Crafted from high-strength chrome silicon spring wire, these springs are precisely cold wound with a CNC coiling machine to ensure consistent spring pairs and exact specifications. They undergo heat stress-relief at 750°F and are shot-peened to increase durability. The springs feature a red powder-coated finish for lasting corrosion resistance and an attractive look.
Installation. Requires moderate mechanical skill and an estimated 2-3 hours of labor. No drilling is necessary, making the installation straightforward for enthusiasts and professional mechanics.
