Construction and Appearance. The springs are crafted from chrome silicon high-tensile spring wire and undergo a cold-winding process on a CNC coiling machine for exact specifications. They are stress-relieved at 750°F, shot-peened for surface strength, and finished with a durable red powder coat to maintain aesthetic appeal over time.
Installation. Installation is moderately straightforward with an estimated 2-3 hour completion time. No drilling or modifications are required, allowing for a direct fit replacement of factory springs.
Warranty. These springs carry a lifetime warranty against spring sag, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
Application. Specifically designed to fit the 2008-2023 V8 HEMI Dodge Challenger models, excluding all-wheel-drive variants due to incompatibility.
