ATAK AXLE-BACK EXHAUST SYSTEM. The Borla ATAK Axle-Back Exhaust with Intercooled Polished Tips is engineered to enhance the sound and performance of the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. It delivers an aggressive ATAK exhaust note while minimizing interior drone for an exhilarating driving experience. This system is intended for vehicles with Active Fuel Management (AFM) valves but without NPP valves, ensuring compatibility and optimal function.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from premium T-304 austenitic stainless steel, the exhaust system offers superior corrosion resistance and durability. Featuring ultra-smooth mandrel-bent piping for improved exhaust flow and dual 4.25-inch polished intercooled stainless steel tips, it provides an impressive visual finish and improved heat dissipation.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and designed for a precise fit without the need for drilling or permanent modifications. Suitable for professional installers or experienced enthusiasts seeking performance upgrades without complex installation procedures.
Warranty. Covered by a million-mile warranty on non-moving parts and a one-year warranty on exhaust valves, excluding failures of original equipment AFM and NPP actuators.
Application. Designed specifically for 2014-2019 Chevrolet Corvette C7 models equipped with AFM valves and without NPP dual mode exhaust. Excludes Grand Sport models with manual transmission as well as Z06 and ZR1 models.
