High-Performance Short Ram Intake. The BWoody Performance Velocity Plus Short Ram Intake for 80mm Throttle Body in Silver is designed to improve airflow to the engine, increasing volumetric efficiency. It replaces the restrictive OEM intake system with a 4-inch short ram intake tube combined with a high-flow filter to maximize the volume and velocity of incoming air for improved combustion efficiency.
Construction and Appearance. This intake system features a durable aluminum 4-inch short ram tube finished in silver powdercoat for corrosion resistance and a sleek look. The kit includes a high-quality S&B blue filter and sturdy rubber couplers with worm gear clamps, engineered for a secure fit and smooth airflow. Various powdercoat color options are available for customization.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and uses the factory throttle body connection. The kit comes complete with all necessary hardware and clamps to ensure a secure, bolt-on fit without requiring drilling or permanent modifications.
Application. Designed to fit 2008-2023 5.7L HEMI Charger and Challenger models. Compatible with 80mm throttle body as standard, with an optional 90mm upgrade available. For 2016 and newer models, use of the S&B filter is required.
