Construction and Appearance. Crafted entirely from aluminum, this radiator features press-formed end tanks fully welded to the core with no plastic or rubber components. The core is furnace brazed under a controlled atmosphere and TIG welded for durability. It is finished with a Black Ice two-part epoxy coating that provides a semi-gloss black appearance for a clean, OE-like look.
Installation. The radiator offers a direct-fit design that requires no modifications to the vehicle or existing cooling system components. Installation is straightforward, with no drilling or custom fabrication necessary.
Warranty. This product includes a limited lifetime warranty, reflecting its high-quality construction and reliability.
Application. Specifically engineered for 2006 to 2013 Corvette C6 Z06 models equipped with a manual transmission and without the Z07 package, excluding the 2012 model year Z06 with the Z07 option.
