Construction and Appearance. Constructed from high-grade aluminum with TIG-welded press-formed end tanks, this radiator eliminates plastic components for unmatched durability. The 2-1/4-inch thick core features dual 1-inch-wide tubes and serpentine cooling fins, boosting coolant capacity by one gallon. Its built-in 7-plate engine oil cooler adds functionality without the need for separate external units.
Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and requires draining the cooling system and careful fitment. However, its Direct Fit® design ensures no modifications are needed to install it into a stock C6 without a factory oil cooler.
