Product Overview. The Diode Dynamics Pure White LED trunk light upgrade offers improved brightness and a modern appearance compared to traditional incandescent bulbs. It provides enhanced visibility and aesthetics with a simple plug-and-play solution.
Construction and Appearance. Depending on the bulb variant, the product features high-quality LEDs with an omnidirectional diffusing lens for even light distribution and a copper heatsink to ensure reliable performance and consistent color temperature. Note that the FlexLight LED Strip version is not a direct bulb replacement and mounts outside the lamp housing.
Installation. Installation is straightforward for bulb variants—simply remove the original bulb and replace it with the LED bulb. No drilling or modifications are required. Basic tools are sufficient, and the process can typically be completed within minutes. The FlexLight Strip mounts externally and does not fit inside the lamp housing.
Warranty. This product includes a three-year limited replacement warranty, providing you with assurance of durability and quality.
Application. Designed specifically as a direct replacement for the trunk or cargo light on 2016-2026 Subaru Crosstrek models using factory 194 bulb size specifications for bulb variants. Note: When the LED trunk bulb is illuminated, the key fob will not operate the trunk release function. The LED strip option is compatible but is not a direct bulb replacement and mounts externally.
