The Holley EFI Gen III HEMI Hi-Ram EFI Intake Manifold with 105mm LS Throttle Body Mount in black is engineered to enhance power and efficiency for naturally aspirated, forced induction, or nitrous applications across a wide RPM range. Its modular design serves as a solid foundation for custom EFI systems, allowing builders to optimize induction setups for improved engine performance.
Construction and Appearance. Made from cast aluminum, this intake manifold features a durable black satin finish that provides both strength and a race-inspired aesthetic. The design incorporates large intake ports, precision O-ring sealing for superior sealing, and cast-in nitrous nozzle pads, making it ideal for high-performance builds.
Installation. Installation requires attention to vehicle-specific clearance and tuning considerations. The manifold fits Gen III HEMI engines using the provided EFI fuel rails and throttle body gasket. No major modifications to the intake port surfaces are required; however, due to the nature of a tall Hi-Ram manifold, verifying fitment for your application is recommended.
Warranty. This manifold includes a manufacturer’s limited 90-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Application. Designed to fit 2009-up 5.7L HEMI, 2005-2010 6.1L HEMI, and 2011-up 6.4L HEMI engines. Intended for use on uncontrolled (non-emissions controlled) vehicles only. This intake manifold is suitable for a range of Gen III HEMI engines beyond Challenger models.
