It integrates seamlessly into the truck’s tailgate, providing a compact and functional backup camera solution.
Construction and Appearance. This aftermarket replacement handle is made from durable materials and features a black finish that matches the vehicle’s exterior. The camera uses a ¼” On-Semi CMOS sensor with a Japanese-manufactured Nidec glass and plastic lens to ensure reliable performance and clarity under various lighting conditions.
Installation. Installation is moderately easy, as it mounts as a direct replacement for the original tailgate handle. It requires connection to a 12V power source and a compatible video input on a monitor with a yellow RCA input jack for straightforward video integration.
