Improved Handling. When your 2005-2014 Ford Mustang came from the factory, it was designed for performance based on its stock parts. Of course, one of the fun things to do with a Mustang is to make modifications. Mods such as lowering your car can throw off the balance. Installing the Maximum Motorsports K-Member improves the handling of your lowered Mustang by optimizing the roll center weight and minimizing the deflection during cornering and braking.
Stronger Than Stock Construction. This k-member features DOM steel tube construction and a 2-point bracing design. The stronger-than-stock construction increases rigidity for better and more predictable handling. Mounts are also provided for future performance or track upgrades. The k-member frame allows for oil pan removal without removing the engine.
Bumpsteer Kit Required. Installation is straightforward, but involved and requires engine braces or a hoist. The Maximum Motorsport Bumpsteer kit is required to install this k-member. Other than that, all the parts you need for the install are included with the k-member.
No Warranty. Because most of the products that Maximum Motorsports manufactures are for off-road or track use, they carry no warranty of any kind.
Application. The Maximum Motorsports K-Member will fit all 2005-2014 Ford Mustang models.
