Complete Wet Nitrous System Upgrade. This NOS Plate Wet Nitrous System is designed for use with 90mm or 92mm 4-bolt drive-by-wire throttle bodies on GM LS-based engines. It delivers up to 250 additional rear wheel horsepower with a precise injection of nitrous oxide and fuel through a single billet aluminum spacer plate. The system is adjustable and includes jetting for 100, 125, and 150 horsepower increments; additional jetting is required for full 250 RwHP tuning.
Precision Construction and Quality Components. The spacer plate is CNC machined from durable 6061-T6 billet aluminum for excellent strength and fitment. Included is a 10 lb blue anodized NOS bottle with a Super Hi-Flo valve for optimal flow. The kit contains steel mounting brackets along with matched nitrous and fuel solenoids featuring blue and red top covers, ensuring dependable and precise system operation.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, maintaining the stock throttle body location and orientation by adding a single ½ inch spacer plate between the throttle body and intake manifold. No drilling of existing components is necessary; however, professional installation is recommended due to the nature of nitrous systems.
Warranty. The system carries a manufacturer’s limited 90-day warranty for quality assurance and peace of mind.
Application. This nitrous system fits GM LS-based engines equipped with 90mm or 92mm 4-bolt drive-by-wire throttle bodies. It is suitable for racing use only and not legal for emissions-controlled street vehicles.
