Construction and Appearance. This exhaust brake features a robust design with a patented 90-degree non-contacting butterfly valve that maximizes backpressure while preventing seizing. It uses Arcor nitride coating on the housing and internal components to increase wear resistance and corrosion protection, ensuring long-lasting durability in demanding conditions.
Installation. Installation requires moderate skill and involves typical mounting and air system connections. The kit includes all necessary parts, including the onboard air system, allowing for a straightforward installation without the need for drilling exhaust components.
