The precise fitment is achieved through OEM CAD designs, resulting in a low-profile and visually clean installation that aligns perfectly with the vehicle’s roof contours. The rack weighs approximately 35 pounds without lights.
Installation. Installation requires drilling ten 25/64 inch holes in the roof to securely attach the rack using rivet nuts. Neoprene seals are included to help prevent water leakage. Special tools required include a 25/64 drill bit and a rivet nut tool. Due to the complexity and drilling required, professional installation is recommended to ensure optimal fitment and sealing against water intrusion.
Application. This roof rack is engineered to fit 2019 and newer Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra Crew Cab models, including 1500, 2500, and 3500 series trucks, providing precise roof profile fitment for these vehicles.
