PREMIUM ROOF RACK. The RACKTEC Phantom Series Gen 2 Roof Rack is a high-quality accessory designed to enhance cargo carrying capability and provide versatile lighting options for your vehicle. Engineered for durability and functionality, it allows secure mounting of gear and a variety of lighting configurations, supporting both overland and utility needs. This rack combines a sleek, low-profile design with rugged construction, improving vehicle utility without compromising style.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from lightweight yet strong 5052 aluminum, the rack ensures excellent payload capacity without excessive weight. Manufactured using OEM CAD files, it precisely matches the vehicle’s roof contours for a clean, factory-integrated appearance. The satin black textured powder coat finish on side rails and mounts provides corrosion resistance and a rugged aesthetic. All hardware is stainless steel to maximize durability and longevity.
Installation. Installation requires drilling ten precise 25/64 inch holes in the vehicle roof. The rack mounts securely using rivet nuts, with included neoprene seals to prevent water intrusion, ensuring a watertight installation.
Application. Designed to fit 2015+ Ford F-150 Crew Cab and 2017+ Ford Super Duty Crew Cab models, including F-350 Super Duty SuperCrew. Note that Super Duty trucks may also require Gen 3 bolt-on kits depending on the model year and configuration.
