Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 12-gauge steel tubing with 5/16″ uprights, this grille guard features a one-piece fully welded design that eliminates rattling and increases strength. It is finished with black powder coat for corrosion resistance and includes custom punched grille inserts to precisely match the truck’s OEM grille pattern, providing a seamless and rugged look.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with frame mounting at four points to reduce vibration and ensure a secure fit.
Application. This grille guard is designed to fit select 2017-2022 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty models, providing a perfect fit without the need for modifications while preserving factory fog lights and tow hooks. It is compatible with front-facing sensors but does not retain front camera functionality.
