Replace a Worn Serpentine Belt. Like all drive belt systems, premature wear and belt slippage could end up impeding your performance and rendering your supercharger inoperable. Replace a worn or slipping serpentine supercharger belt with the Mustang 6-Rib Supercharger Drive Belt. This serpentine belt offers a direct fit replacement for any Vortech supercharger belt with a 54.7-inch length; Vortech also offers drive belts in several different lengths to help you find the one that best matches your application.
Six-Rib Grooves. Upgrade to a 6-rib belt capable of handling the speed and demands of powering your supercharger. Unfortunately, 4-rib belts are too commonly used with many supercharger systems and can wear very easily. Upgrade to a 6-rib belt, or even an 8-rib or 10-rib belt by Vortech, for superior traction and slip resistance.
Belted Nylon. This nylon belt consists of a proprietary blended polyester over-cord and structural polyester under-cord for superior wear and stretch resistance.
Three-Year Limited Warranty. Vortech backs all non-racing supercharger components with a 3-year limited replacement warranty against manufacturer defects.
Application. The Mustang 6-Rib Supercharger Drive Belt is compatible with all Ford Mustang models with superchargers, though some adaptation may be required.
