The Wilwood SX6R Dynamic Front Big Brake Kit with 15-Inch Drilled and Slotted Rotors and Red Calipers provides exceptional braking power for extreme duty and racing applications. Designed to deliver maximum heat dissipation and high-capacity braking, this kit enhances both safety and performance for demanding street or track use.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. The kit features six-piston SX6R calipers constructed with stainless steel pistons and finished in a durable red powder coat. Rotors are made from Spec-37 iron with a black electrocoat finish, featuring drilled and slotted surfaces along with seventy-two directional staggered cooling vanes for optimal thermal management. The aluminum rotor hats are anodized with a Type III finish for corrosion resistance.
INSTALLATION. Installation is designed to be straightforward using factory disc spindles with no drilling required. The radial mounting calipers are engineered for direct fitment, simplifying upgrade processes for compatible vehicles.
APPLICATION. This brake kit is specifically designed to fit the 2014 through 2019 Chevrolet Corvette C7 model. It is engineered to maintain compatibility with original equipment master cylinder output and ABS systems.
