Rear Suspension Lowering. The Max Trac 2-Inch Rear Lowering Shackles provide a reliable way to lower the rear of your vehicle by 2 inches, enhancing the stance and handling. These shackles replace factory components to achieve a lowered profile while maintaining proper leaf spring functionality.
Construction and Appearance. Made from durable steel, these shackles feature a grey powder-coated finish that offers corrosion resistance and a clean, durable look suitable for underbody mounting.
Installation. Installation requires moderate skill and involves notching the bed rib or seam for proper fitment. In some cases, removal and installation of bolts may require loosening bed bolts and lifting the bed when the bed rib is directly above the shackle.
Application. Specifically designed for the 2011-2026 Silverado 3500 HD, these shackles are incompatible with models equipped with hybrid systems, Tremor packages, CCD suspension, or BlueCruise technology.
